Recruited People

Recruited 10+ people to commit to something, a team, a club, a project, an event, and got them all to actually show up.

The idea

People say yes to specific asks. "Want to join my club" gets maybe. "Want to come Thursday at 4, we're doing X, it ends at 5:30" gets yes. Have your kid build the specific version of the ask, send it to ten people, expect half not to reply. That's normal. The half who do reply are the ten you commit to. Vague asks waste everyone's time.

Steps
  1. Define the commitment clearly. Time, place, duration, expectations.
  2. Build a list of 10+ people.
  3. Ask each specifically. Not "you should join."
  4. Follow up the day before.
What counts

10+ people committed to a specific event, team, or project, who showed up. The attendance list is plenty.
