Hosted Someone

Hosted a guest (friend, family, classmate) for a defined event at your home, prepped the space, greeted them, ran the activity, cleaned up after.

The idea

Hosting is the guest's experience, not the host's plan. Have your kid greet at the door, run the activity they planned, check in on the guest twice during, and clean up after. Most kids think hosting means inviting. Real hosting is taking responsibility for whether the other person had a good time. That responsibility, once felt, transfers to every future event they ever run.

Steps
  1. Prep the space before arrival. Set up the activity.
  2. Greet at the door.
  3. Run the activity. Check on the guest twice during.
  4. Clean up after they leave.
What counts

A guest hosted arrival to departure with the activity run. A photo of the event is plenty.
