Hosted a Party

Planned and hosted a birthday party, holiday gathering, or themed event of 15+ guests, invitations, food, activity, cleanup, where the guests had a clearly good time.

The idea

A party of fifteen has fifteen things that can go sideways. The skill is anticipating: where do people park, what happens if it rains, who do I greet first, when do we move to food, what if someone shows up early. Have your kid build the checklist a week ahead. Parties that look effortless are the ones where someone did the worrying before anyone arrived.

Steps
  1. Pick date, venue, invites. Send 2+ weeks out.
  2. Build a checklist: setup, food, activity, cleanup.
  3. Greet every guest. Make sure each meets someone new.
  4. Clean up after.
What counts

A 15+ guest party your kid planned and hosted with guests reporting a good time. A photo is plenty.
