Founded a Group

Started a club, team, or organization from zero, founding members, structure, regular meetings, that continued without you eventually having to drive every session.

The idea

Pick a date and tell five people. Most will say maybe. Text them again the day before. Show up even if only two come. The second meeting is the one that matters. Bring something specific to do, not "hang out." Groups die from vagueness more than from low turnout.

Steps
  1. Pick the date and place. Tell five people directly.
  2. Bring something specific to do.
  3. Hold the second meeting. Most groups die between 1 and 2.
  4. Build a rhythm.
What counts

A founded group that continues to meet without your kid driving every session. Meeting records over time are plenty.
