Cold Outreach
Sent 50 cold messages pitching your product or service, tracked response rates, and converted at least one into a sale.
The idea
Fifty cold messages feels like a lot until they start. After ten, your kid will know which version of the pitch gets replies. Track which one. The hard part isn't writing. It's tolerating the silence after sending. Most adults send three, get ignored, and quit. Send fifty. The reply rate lives in the second batch of twenty-five, not the first ten.
Steps
- Write three versions of the pitch: short, medium, very short.
- Send 50 tracked messages. Who, when, what version, response.
- After ten, switch fully to whichever version is getting replies.
- Close at least one to a sale. The messages are means, not ends.
What counts
50 documented cold messages, response rates tracked, at least one paying customer from the batch. The tracker is plenty.
