Thanked in Writing

Wrote 10 genuine thank-you notes to people who helped you, each handwritten or composed with real care, each sent to a real person.

The idea

Ten thank-you notes is the floor, not the goal. Each one mentions a specific thing the person did and a specific way it helped. Generic gratitude reads like a chore. The kid who writes specific thank-yous quietly builds a network without realizing it. People remember who thanked them well, and they remember for years. The notes compound in ways the kid won't see for a decade.

Steps
  1. List ten people who've helped you in the last year. Be specific about how.
  2. Write one note per person, by hand.
  3. Mention the specific help and its impact.
  4. Send all ten within a week. Don't expect replies.
What counts

Ten genuine thank-you notes sent to real people. A photo of the stack before sending is plenty.
