Ran a Conversation

Hosted a real conversation, dinner, podcast, panel, discussion, where you drew out 3+ other people and everyone felt heard.

The idea

Hosting a conversation means making other people the stars. Have your kid prep three questions for each guest, ask them in turn, draw out the quieter people on purpose. The point is leaving the table feeling like the kid wasn't the loudest person there. Most kids host by talking. The real host got everyone else talking and barely said anything memorable themselves.

Steps
  1. Plan the group. 3+ guests who don't all know each other.
  2. Prep one question per guest. The question draws them out.
  3. Host the gathering. Ask the questions you prepped.
  4. Notice the quiet one. Direct one question their way.
What counts

A hosted conversation where 3+ contributed and the quietest was drawn out. A photo or recording is plenty.
