Did a Pull-Up

Completed your first unassisted full pull-up, witnessed by another person.

The idea

Pull-ups don't come from pull-ups. They come from negatives: jump up to the top, lower slowly, repeat. Five reps a day, every day, no skipping. Strength comes from frequency, not one brutal session. Most kids try to grind their first pull-up with maximum effort and burn out by day four. The slow daily reps are what gets there in three months.

Steps
  1. Start with negatives. Jump to the top, lower slowly. Five reps a day.
  2. Add dead hangs. Top and bottom. Build grip.
  3. Try a full rep once a week. Don't grind.
  4. Witness the first clean rep. Document.
What counts

One full unassisted pull-up, chin over the bar, witnessed. A short clip is plenty.
